Drs. Zihni Kaleci and Becky Ralph practise side by side — a partnership at home and in the office. They're supported by our experienced hygienists, dental assistants, and friendly front desk team.
Dentist & Owner
Dr. Kaleci's story begins in Albania, winds through the United States, and lands in Canada — where he grew up behind the counter of his family's breakfast restaurant, Sammy's. That's where he learned the two things that still define how he practises: work hard, and take care of people.
He completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University before heading across the world to the University of Sydney for dental school — where, as it happens, he also met his future wife and practice partner, Dr. Ralph.
Dr. Kaleci is passionate about dentistry, and even more so about his patients. He believes they deserve the newest and best technology available, which is why he invests heavily in continuing education and in the tools that make treatment more precise and more comfortable. Patient-centred care isn't a slogan for him — it's the reason this office was rebuilt the way it was.
Outside the office, you'll find him on the golf course, on his bike, or in the kitchen (he's a great cook — ask anyone who's been over for dinner), spending time with family and friends, or somewhere far away with a suitcase.

Dr. Ralph grew up in Ancaster, Ontario, and headed to Brock University for her undergraduate degree, where she played varsity basketball. Dental school took her to the University of Sydney, Australia — the same program where she met Dr. Kaleci. They've been a team ever since.
Her passion is making sure every patient feels welcome and at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. She knows that for many people, a dental visit comes with real anxiety, and she takes that seriously — slowing things down, explaining every step, and never rushing anyone through their care.
When she's not at the office, you'll find her on the golf course, at the gym, travelling, or in her kitchen trying to master the perfect sourdough loaf — a work in progress, by her own admission.
